How do I use DermaVision™
1. Charge the Device
Before using DermaVision™ for the first time, charge the device. The indicator light will turn green when fully charged. Ensure the device is not in use while charging.
2. Prepare Your Skin
Cleanse your face thoroughly. Apply a conductive gel or water based serum to the under-eye
area to prepare your skin for optimal light and microcurrent absorption. The more serum there is, the stronger the microcurrent conducts.
3. Power On
Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn the device on.
4. Select Mode
Press the mode button to select your preferred mode:
Mode 1: Red Light Therapy (RLT) with Continuous Output (1kHz) – the indicator light will stay on.
Mode 2: RLT with Gradient Output (60Hz to 1kHz) – the indicator light will flash.
5. Adjust Intensity
Press the intensity button to toggle between the three levels of microcurrent intensity:

DermaVision™ uses red LED light therapy (light-emitting diodes) at a 630nm wavelength. This specific wavelength of red light penetrates to a depth of about 2mm, reaching the skin's deeper layers where collagen and elastin reside. It does not penetrate deep enough to reach or damage delicate eye structures like the retina.
It’s important to understand that different red light therapy (RLT) devices operate at different energy levels. High-energy RLT, like those used in medical settings, can pose a risk to the eyes and often require protective eyewear. DermaVision™, however, uses low-energy red LED light, similar to what researchers have recently found to be beneficial in studies exploring RLT for dry eye and macular degeneration. That said, we're NOT advising anyone to look directly at the light, regardless of these recent findings.
Lastly, the design of our product ensures the light works on the under-eye area and does not directly target the eyes when worn correctly. You can also close your eyes while positioning the device for added peace of mind, and once in place, feel free to open them again. After all, the device is designed to target the skin in close proximity so the microcurrent can work its magic—our 2-in-1 feature that sets us apart from other brands!
